Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Regional Leadership Conference?

The Regional Leadership Conference (RLC) is an annual conference held in each of the six regions. The purpose of the conference is to allow chapter level leaders to learn tips and tricks from your regional counterparts that will help you excel in your chapter executive board, gain insight from other chapters on what helps them achieve the mission, and leave with an assessment of your chapter's health along with a checklist of items that will help your chapter succeed. RLC is a great way to connect with not only chapter leadership from around the region, but also regional and national leadership. Meet others who could inspire you and push you to be the best form of yourself.

Who attends the Regional Leadership Conference?

RLC hosts current and aspiring executive board members from chapters all over the region. If you are not currently in NSBE leadership, you can use this as an opportunity to find out if it is for you. Also, if you would like to join NSBE leadership in the future, you may use this experience to prepare for your future role. The purpose of the conference is to equip all chapters with the tools, connections, and confidence to carry out the mission of the society.
